Hooker Benjamin Geledan tackled third row Antonin Berruyer when the match was over, which caused movement on the pitch between the players, the substitutes and some members of the staff.

Warning for both clubs

This Wednesday, the National Rugby League heard the two clubs and decided to issue a warning to Oyonnax and Grenoble. The two clubs were “recognized responsible for “Disorders caused by players, managers and/or the public of a club or clubs present” and more particularly for “Disorders caused in the sports venue (introduction and/or use of any pyrotechnic devices or articles, any means of sound amplification, fight(s), throwing of object(s) on or off the field, etc.)” according to the decision rendered by the National League rugby.
No other sanction for Hugo Fabrègue
Oyonnax player Hugo Fabrègue, who was expelled into the locker room by the match referee, has served his week of suspension and will be requalified for the next day of the championship, on November 29. The Oyomen will host Mont-de-Marsan (7:30 p.m.) and the Grenoblois will close the 12th day of Pro D2 with the reception of Colomiers (9 p.m.). The next time the neighbors from Rhône-Alpes will meet, it will be during the 28th day of the championship on April 25, in the heart of spring in Grenoble. With perhaps a little less tension on the ground…
