Challenge A U11: plateau at Mêle-sur-Sarthe
This Saturday, the U11s of the L’Aigle (Orne) football club of Antoine and Nico met at the Mêle-sur-Sarthe for a second day of challenge with three matches on the program.
First match against Argentan, the team is too passive and quickly concedes the first goal, then the second, without reaction.
The match is at One Way and logically ends with a 4-0 defeat.
Best start
Second match against Alençon Courteille, the team starts much better, creates a few chances and scores the first goal.
The Aiglons think they have done the hard part, but by dint of falling back, they concede the equalizing goal then a second goal shortly after.
The team did not give up and, in the last three minutes, they scored two goals to win this match 3-2.
A choppy game
Third match against The Meleewith a few changes, the team starts timidly, the actions are muddled and the game choppy.
Thanks to an own goal from the Mêle team, the Aiglons took the advantage and added a second goal.
The score will no longer change: 2-0 victory.
A weekend to forget despite the two victories, it was a very complicated weekend for our little eaglets who did not manage to play their usual football.
Challenge B U11: plateau in Pauthonnier
This Saturday, the U10s welcomed three teams for the second round of the challenge.
After the juggling session, Nathan’s players first faced each other Sarceaux.
The match was difficult at the start, but fortunately, a goal from Sacha allowed the equalizer.
The match ended with a score of 1-1, but thanks to juggling, the team was victorious.
Too many bullet losses
Second match against Sainte Gauburge : this match was more pleasant, with good movements and three goals. 3-1 victory.
Third match against Argentan with a heavy defeat with little play and ball losses punished by counter-attack goals, ending with a score of 5-1.
Saturday review: Overall, this Saturday was disappointing.
Little cohesion and collective play. It is important to correct this next week. Many thanks to Fares for the refereeing and to the parents for their help.
U13, Level 1 Accession: FC Argentan – FCPA 4-0
Walid’s protégés met in Argentan for this last level 1 accession championship match.
And they have given everything facing a great team in the fight for the title with theUS Alençon.
Efforts in pressing with a desire to recover the ball very high on the pitch. The Argentinians are moved but the Aiglons do not manage to open the score and, on the other hand, the locals will be effective.
A little dejected after the first goal, the Aiglons ended up giving up. Good things but also things to correct in this match. Come on !
U15 F : AV St Germain – FCPA 6-0
Our U15Fs moved to St Germain des Corbéïs this Saturday.
With an almost complete squad, we expected a pleasant, rhythmic and above all balanced match.
In fact, the girls missed the start of the match without ever being able to get back into the game. A day off for our girls!
U18, R2 : FCPA – AST Deauville 7-4
Our young yellow and blue players delivered a excellent match has Deauville.
Despite some refereeing approximations and the scenario of this somewhat crazy match, our young people did not tremble, especially in terms of behavior.
Their desire, motivation, solidarity and determination made the difference. Deserved victory. Scorers: Thomas Piffret (3), Albert Lemonnier (2), Hugo Martin and Ali Koné.
Thank you to the 14 soldiers present today (goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders, attackers and of course the substitutes).
A big congratulations to Fayçal for the state of mind, and thanks also to our supporters and to Fabrice Pichard for the sideline refereeing.
Seniors B, D1 : L. St Georges – FCPA 3-3
The team of Julien, Adrien and Romain faced the team of Leopard St Georges, contender for promotion to D1.
Although expecting a difficult match, the Aiglons showed a winning spirit from the warm-up.
In place and aware of their qualities, the yellows used the ball well, leaving very little space for their opponents. Unfortunately, at the 25e minute, following a loss of ball, the Leopards opened the scoring in a head-to-head match.
Two goals ahead at half-time
Contrary to their habits, Vedat’s teammates resumed the fight and Alan, perfectly launched in depth, beat the goalkeeper with a lob. Even though the balloon has slowed down, Eliot, in surface foxequalized.
Continuing, Eliot magnificently served Alan, who this time, succeeded in his lob to give his team the advantage.
The Eaglets’ block remained solid, and on a high recovery, Eliot deceived the opposing goalkeeper just before the break, bringing the score to 1-3 at half-time.
The maintenance begins now
The second half started well for the yellows with a strike from Adrien on the bar. However, on the counter-attack, St Georges reduced the score.
There then remained 40 minutes where solidarity was required to bring back a positive result from this trip.
The players gave 100%, but the opponent pushed and equalized with a free kick 5 minutes from time.
THE yellows suffered until the endbut Lucas and the defense held on to maintain this very good point thanks to an extraordinary desire.
Congratulations to the whole group for giving it their all. The maintenance begins now.
Seniors A, R3 : FCPA – JS Tinchebray 4-0
After the disappointment against Flers last week, we had to react. It’s done with lots of drive and energy.
The eagles managed to make the difference in the first half hour thanks to a hat-trick from Paul Liagre.
Facing a playful team with a remarkable state of mind, the eagles maintained their advantage until the break (Half-time 3-0).
In the second half, the eagles calmly managed this meeting before adding a 4 at the end of the matche goal by Romain Pezot on an excellent service from Sofian Morsli. 4-0 victory, job well done which allows us to get back to the top of the rankings.
