The day after his victory at the ATP Mastersthe Italian Jannik Sinner consolidated his place at the top of the ATP rankings with 3915 points ahead of his runner-up Alexander Zverev.
In the latest ATP rankings, published this Monday, Novak Djokovic, who had ended his season, fell one more place and is now at 7th place.
The 37-year-old Serbian had not been this low in the hierarchy since November 20, 2022 (8th).
Finalist in Turin, the American Taylor Fritz climbs to fourth place, behind the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, the best ranking of his career at 27 years old. He exchanges places with the Russian Daniil Medvedev (5th), while the Norwegian Casper Ruud passes Djokovic in 6th place.
