Kemper rams: a last effort against the Pôle France before the holidays

As bodies begin to tire and minor injuries accumulate, the Kemper Rams will finally be able to catch their breath thanks to a two-week break, punctuated by five days of complete rest.

But before that, they have one last push to give against the young hopefuls of Pôle France.

This last meeting of the first leg scheduled for this Friday will constitute their sixteenth official match (thirteen in the league and three in the Coupe de France) in 63 days since the opening of the season on September 14, i.e. one match every four days.

“If we’re not 100%…”

“Training on Wednesday morning after the match against Blois was really sluggish,” underlines Quimper coach Thibault Wolicki. We feel that the guys realize that we are reaching the end. It smells like “vacation,” but it’s not vacation yet. There is still a match to win against the Federal Center which must be respected. If we are not 100%, we can find ourselves in danger and even be beaten as was the case for Rennes and Angers”

In itself, a defeat against Pôle France would not change anything in the ranking of the Béliers in the second phase, because the young French hopefuls born in 2007 or 2008 will not qualify for the upper group. But as Thibault Wolicki says, “it would be messy”.
