These are images that must not have pleased Ugo Mola… Ange Capuozzo, starter for Italy's match against Argentina (and largely lost by the Azzuri), had to come out very early in the match ( in the first 10 minutes of play) after being stunned during a tackle. The Stade Toulousain full-back did not return to the game and it was Tommaso Allan who finished the match in his place.
Rather positive news
The Squadra Azzura management communicated some news about their player this Monday, and fortunately, it is rather positive. This is what we can read in the press release: “Ange Capuozzo was released in the 7th minute following a head impact. The player presents no problem from a clinical point of view. He will be re-evaluated in the coming days in accordance with international protocols in force for returning to the field .”
So not all the lights are green for Capuozzo, but it's at least the start of good news.
