Achraf Hakimi helps a sick player

The Royal Moroccan Federation (FRMF), the Achraf Hakimi Foundation and several former players have decided to come to the aid of Samir Ouidar, former midfielder of Berkane and Difaa of El Jadida, whose state of health has deteriorated in recent months.

The president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Fouzi Lekjaa, intervened in the case of the former Berkane Renaissance player, Samir Ouidar, learns Rue20. The former Salé Association player suffers from a serious heart problem, which has worsened again after a battle with the disease since 2020. He suffered from an enlarged heart muscle. His state of health has deteriorated in recent months, requiring his emergency admission to a hospital in Casablanca. Ouidar needs a heart transplant.

The FRMF, with the support of the Achraf Hakimi Charitable Foundation and several former players, is preparing to cover the costs of the surgical operation which will be carried out abroad for Ouidar. Several players from the national team also wish to join this outpouring of solidarity.
