Thierry Neuville was relieved to end this long day across the Czech Republic, on roads riddled with all kinds of traps: fog, changes in grip of the bitumen, patches of humidity, mud, dead leaves. So many pitfalls that the Championship leader was able to avoid, helped, it is true, by his first position on the road.
