Comedian Julien Cazarre makes fun of Stade Rennais in a parody clip of “La tribu de Dana”

“We’re going to row, what a disaster once again! » It is with these words that Julien Cazarre, former journalist of Canal+chose to humorously mock the Stade Rennais football club, in a parody clip of the song Dana’s Tribein collaboration with the sports betting site Winamax. The video, published on the social network X Thursday October 3, 2024, has already been viewed more than 110,000 times.

We see the comedian staggering, can in hand and red hat on his head, in the company of two friends, in the streets of the Breton capital to mock, in song, the difficult start of the club’s championship. And saying to yourself “that at worst, we will finish ahead of in the championship”. Stade Rennais has experienced a loss of momentum since the start of the season, marked by the arrival of new players this summer, with few results, like the bitter defeat against PSG (3-1), on September 27 2024.

The club is also shaken by changes at its leadership, with the departure of president Olivier Cloarec, replaced by the former general manager of RC Arnaud Pouille.

Stade Rennais already targeted

Julien Cazarre is not his first attempt. In 2017, on the set of the show J+1 of Canal+the former journalist paid the head, or rather the bump on the head of the former central defender Joris Gnagnon, damaged during a match against Saint-Étienne. A year later, in 2018, he took his microphone into the Michel-d’Ornano stadium in to provoke the supporters and tease the players about their lack of results.

In an interview given to West France in July 2017, Julien Cazarre confessed about football: “It’s a very sanitized environment. I dissect everything, a bit like a satirist. Some people find me funny, others don’t, but I think they think it’s good, a guy like that. »

In the meantime, the Rouge et Noir will try to make him lie this Saturday, October 5, during their meeting against Monaco, at Roazhon Park.
