Bickering – The president of Bordeaux Métropole, Christine Bost, demands that the Girondins de Bordeaux return to the Matmut Atlantique for their next match. And this, while they are now playing in National 2

The metropolis raises its voice against SBA, the operator of the Matmut Atlantique stadium. In the midst of a crisis with the Girondins de Bordeaux, who played their first match at the Sainte-Germaine du Bouscat stadium since their relegation to National 2, Christine Bost, president of Bordeaux Métropole, ordered SBA this Thursday morning to reintegrate the FCGB into the Matmut Atlantique.

“It is the resident club, which is why the metropolis has formally notified the stadium manager to open the doors of the Matmut to the Girondins, from the next match,” said the socialist president of the metropolis. She simply highlights “the contract”, which would explicitly state that the Girondins de Bordeaux “are the resident club” of the stadium, when SBA highlights that the loss of the club’s professional status, effectively removes this resident status.
