In the spotlight this season with Glasgow Rangers, Hamza Igamane continues to attract attention. According to the English press, the Moroccan international is in the sights of Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur have started work on a possible deal for the Rangers striker who is impressing north of the border this season.
Rangers’ chances of retaining the 22-year-old are considered slim, with Newcastle, Aston Villa, Brighton, Brentford and Fulham all having made inquiries about him.
Spurs were impressed with the Moroccan who scored a hat-trick at Hibernian and also found the back of the net in their recent win over Aberdeen.
-Igamane only arrived at Rangers in the summer after a cheap transfer from Moroccan club, FAR de Rabat. Rangers paid £1.7 million to sign the 22-year-old after he scored seven goals in the Moroccan Premier League last season and his goalscoring form continued in Scotland.
So far this season, Igamane has scored 13 goals in 26 appearances for the Scottish club and has scored four times in the Europa League, more than Dominic Solanke and Son Heung-min.
