Nadine Fähndrich, Jonas Baumann, Anja Weber and Jason Rüesch reached the third step of the podium in the mixed 4x5km World Cup relay in Silvaplana, Engadine. The first of the two Swiss quartets entered finished behind Sweden and Norway.

.This podium owes a lot to Nadine Fähndrich. The Lucernoise, the last runner, set the best time and gained five places to finish in third place. The team was also made up of Jonas Baumann, Anja Weber and Jason Rüesch. On the line, Fähndrich beat Norway II in the sprint by 0”5.

The second Swiss relay also had a good race. Cyril Fähndrich, Nadja Kälin, Valerio Grond and Marina Kälin took seventh place in this specialty which is not on the Olympic program, but which could join it in the future. A man and a woman each complete a 5km relay in freestyle, with two others doing the same in classic style.
