This Thursday, January 23, 2025, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine interviewed Estelle Lefébure as part of the show C to you. The former model was promoting her book, Welcome, Welcome the passing of timepublished by Flammarion editions. And straight away, the interview took a rather awkward turn. Indeed, the France 5 journalist wanted to question the chef of the evening about the dish she prepared for the guests and journalists from C to you: “I have a marrow bone, with a coriander and mint tartare (…) to contrast with the fat of the marrow bone”she says. To which the host replies: “It’s fat that we mix with herbs, does that suit you as a menu?”she asks her guest.

But apparently, this dish does not appeal to Estelle Lefébure at all: “It’s going to be hard, I don’t eat meat”, indicates David Hallyday's ex, laughing. Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine is not done yet: “Especially since I have a second problem : you are going to be on set with four Alpha males (…) they are completely lost. There is one who has not gotten over his ex, another who preferred to resign rather than share his position with a woman, you can imagine the level…”.
