Today (and since the start of the season), Ivan Demidov is making headlines.
He scored a beautiful goal this afternoon.

The one who won the rookie of the week title for a sixth week this season a few days ago is on fire and in the history of the KHL, he is among the greatest at his age.
He is having one of the best seasons in terms of points per game and total points. And he has not finished dominating.
Among all players who have accumulated seasons at 19 and under, the Montreal protégé is only five points from first place (Kirill Kaprizov) and four points from second and third place (Evgeni Kuznetsov and Matvei Michkov).
He has a chance of becoming the top scorer. He’s not bitten by worms, the young man.
What stands out even more is not his number of points nor his number of points per game, but his number of points per 60 minute increments. And in Demidov’s case, it’s perhaps the statistic that most illustrates his dominance.
Remember that at the start of the season, he didn’t play much and it’s normal that he didn’t collect many points. Currently, his number of points per 60 minutes is 4.02.

-He has almost one point per 60 minutes more than Kaprizov in his second season after being drafted into the NHL.
And he has exactly one more point per 60 minutes than Michkov, who is the player most compared to Demidov.
