A Premier League team has made a request to Lazio to sign Nigerian star, Fisayo Ayodele-Bashiru.

The Nigeria international has scored four goals and provided two assists in 17 games for Lazio in all competitions this season. His performances earned him interest from Brighton.

According to Sports Witness UK, The Premier League side have contacted Lazio representatives. The English club have expressed their interest in the 23-year-old Nigerian midfielder.

Trained at Manchester City, Dele-Bashiru knows the Premier League well. He could fit well into Fabian Hürzeler’s tactical setup if Brighton sign him.
