Abdukodir Khusanov transferred from Lens to Manchester City (official)

As we announced to you ten days ago, Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov officially left RC Lens to join Manchester City this Monday. The Citizens announced the news at the start of the evening, even though the 20-year-old had already had his medical examination several days ago. This transfer for 50 million euros including bonus (€40 million fixed part and €10 million bonus, five of which are easily achievable) is the biggest sale in the history of Lens, ahead of that of Loïs Openda to RB Leipzig (€43 million + €9 million bonus) in July 2023.
