Judo: Two medals for Senegal in Casablanca

Senegalese athletes distinguished themselves during the Casablanca Open. At the opening of the competition, Namory Keïta (-81kg) and Mouhamedou Mboup (-66kg) dominated their opponents in their different categories.

The first dominated the Malian Mahamadou Doucara and the Moroccan Ali El Khemmal to win the gold medal while Mboup came away with the silver medal. The Casablanca African Open is a competition that brings together young athletes to promote judo on the continent and encourage sporting exchanges.
