Emil Heineman was injured after being hit by a car in Salt Lake City on Monday.

The striker was unable to play yesterday’s match, and the Canadian announced a period of absence ranging from 3 to 4 weeks in his case.

But now he was seen in Brossard today, with a cast on his right wrist.

The information was reported by Renaud Lavoie on the JiC show on TVA Sports.

Renaud just said this morning (BPM Sports) that it was quite easy to see that the attacker was injured in one arm.

Note that Heineman is back in Montreal and he was in Brossard today to attend David Reinbacher’s (solo) training.

In the images shared by TVA Sports, we see that the striker has not lost his smile.

He was lucky in his misfortune because he could have been injured even more seriously… And obviously, he is aware of it because he remains in a good mood.

So much the better.

Remember that the player wanted to thank the people who sent him love and who support him in all of this.

He wants to come back even stronger:

We do not know exactly when he will be able to put on his skates again and we do not yet know the nature exact of his injury.

But to see that he is in good shape and that he (really) seems to be doing well, that’s all that matters at the moment.

Because again… It could have been worse!

Prolongation

I can’t wait to see when he returns if he will be able to keep up the pace.

Let’s not forget, after all, that the forward was (before getting injured) the 3rd most productive player among NHL rookies since December 6.

He was on a roll.
