The opening of the “general public” ticket office for the first round of the France-Brazil Davis Cup, organized on February 1 and 2 at the Palais des Sports in Orléans, is expected this week.
The number of places should be around 1,500 per day, with prices which have not yet been communicated. The rest of the tickets will be reserved for the French, Brazilian and international tennis federations, their partners, and the fan clubs of the two competing countries.
In VIP
Didier Gérard (director of the CO’Met Orléans Open) and his company Europe Promotion Services have been entrusted with the marketing of the VIP packs for this first round of the Davis Cup in Orléans, with a limited number of seats: 128, not one more.
The system will be different from that which the partners of the Open d’Orléans (sports palace version) experienced, with (gastronomic) catering provided not on the first floor of the hall (“it was too complicated to install for only three meals, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch,” explains Didier Gérard), but at the Open Space, the structure located (literally) a stone’s throw from the sports center. The champagne bar remains at the palace.
