The Sporting de Charleroi academy is looking for delegates to strengthen its teams.
What is the role of the delegate?
Being a delegate at Sporting de Charleroi means representing and defending the values of the club, ensuring the material and administrative supervision of the team during matches at home and away, and welcoming the referee by being his first information relay. Like any good Carolo, the delegate welcomes the opposing teams cordially, recalling the rules of conduct in force in our facilities.
The delegate also plays an educational role with the players, by being present before and after the match in the locker room, to ensure that the group behaves well.
Sporting de Charleroi is aware of the importance and burden of this task. This is why the Club offers internal training for the delegate’s missions, as well as remuneration and a package in the club’s colors each season. You will also benefit from access to first team matches (in the T3 stand) and to all Sporting team matches (Zebra Elites / Women).
