The Aucamville Club (TCA) delighted fans of the little yellow ball during its end-of-year tournament. Complete three weeks before the start of sporting hostilities, the tournament, organized by the dynamic team of the Aucamville tennis club, brought together no less than 80 players! The tournament took place perfectly in a sporting and friendly atmosphere, in the five competing categories. At the end of the sporting events, victory went to Assia Benelfakir from Lavaur among the 13-14 year old girls. Ambre Caffort from Saint Julien won in the 17-18 year old girls category. In women’s singles, victory for Illie Arcis-Rigot from and Frédéric Assouad from Sebastien Tennis Club in men’s singles. For his part, Quentin Collas from L’Union stands out among the 13-14 year old boys. The start of the year promises to be busy for both the organizers and the competitors. Indeed, young people from the tennis school will have the pleasure of spending a day in , to attend the semi-finals of the Petits As international tournament. As for adults, they will be able to take part, during the winter holidays, two mixed doubles tournaments and a men’s doubles tournament!

At the competition level, TCA officials salute the performances of two of the club’s doubles teams. One is the departmental mixed doubles champion in the 3rd series, the other will compete in her final in the 4th series this weekend!

In addition to having been winner of the French Cup for tennis club vegetable gardens (see our edition of Tuesday January 7), all the lights are really green at the Aucamville Tennis club!
