Victim of a cardiac arrest this summer during the wedding of his friend and teammate Ibrahim Diallo, Hassane Kolingar came close to the most serious. The pillar of Racing, back on the field against Lyon, chose Midi Olympique to look back on its history.
The start of Hassane Kolingar against Lyon was quite an event. Six months earlier, the solid pillar of Racing 92 suffered a cardiac arrest during Ibrahim Diallo's wedding. He chose Midi Olympique to tell his crazy story. “At one point, I burst out laughing and I immediately felt pressure in my chest. My heart was beating very hard. I was sweating a lot. I saw stars. I thought I was just having a hypoglycemic attack and, for not to spoil the ceremony, I stand aside My eardrums are pounding, I feel like needles are being stuck in my head. […] It hurts, really hurts, and my eyes roll back in my head. I'm having a cardiac arrest.”
To return to the field, Kolingar had to undergo a major operation which even required causing a new cardiac arrest. “In Bordeaux, Doctor Sacher very quickly told me that the aim of the operation, which would last almost five hours, was to clean the scar that I had had on my heart since my birth. It had to be touched up to prevent short circuits, in short, but for that, he had to first trigger a new cardiac arrest…” After this procedure, the Racingman underwent a battery of tests as doctors found it difficult to believe that it had worked. Back on the field, the player intends to help his team return to the forefront.
