The examples of Sinner and Swiatek

This year, the ITIA sanctioned the Italian Jannik Sinner, the world No. 1, and the Polish Iga Swiatek, the No. 2, for doping. Sinner, briefly suspended twice, was later cleared, but remains under appeal by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Infinitesimal traces of an anabolic were found in his body and he pleads negligence.
