The 12th day of R1 took place between Friday December 13 and Saturday December 14. Seven meetings were on the program.
Friday evening (December 13), the Franciscan Club largely dominated Espoir. The Franciscans were efficient and mastered all aspects of the game.
They already led 3-0 at the break and added 2 goals in the second half. Johnny Marajo scored a hat-trick. The other two scorers are Kilian Polomat and Philippe Clervil. The Lucéens, dejected at the end of the match, will have to quickly find a defensive footing to hope for better. Final score 5-0.
RC Saint-Joseph prepared well for its trip to the Coupe de France against SC Bastia by beating CO Trenelle 3-1.
After a balanced start to the match, it was the Joséphins who opened the scoring in the 24th minute by Jiovany Barba, followed 2 minutes later by his teammate Lucas Ardenne. In the second half, Elismar increased the score in the 78th minute. The reduction in Giovany Cyrille’s score is only anecdotal.
L’Aiglon traveling to the Louis Achille stadium beat Club Colonial (1-0) with a goal scored by Kerane Leria in the first period. The score will not change until the final whistle.
Both teams created a few chances, which they were unable to realize due to clumsiness. They finished the game at 10 after 2 yellow cards.
The Golden Star was opposed to the Golden Lion. The public was able to witness a very good start to the match thanks to the Joséphins who created clear chances, but showed clumsiness in the final gestures. The Foyalais reacted with counterattacks without succeeding in finalizing their opportunities. The logical score at halftime is 0-0.
At the restart, the Joséphins pushed, but still without finding the target. Confidence finally won over the Foyalais who opened the scoring in the 73rd with a clear strike from Eneleda which left the Josephine goalkeeper no chance.
The Golden Lion will never come back, which allows the Golden to achieve the hold-up against a contender for the champion title.
The New Club de Rivière-Salée wins at home at Stade Hermann Panzo against Club Péléen. Axel Lucas Eniona opened the scoring in the 33rd minute. Péléen Maël Caloc equalizes in the 40th. Allan Caddy scored the last goal of the match in the 65th minute. Final score 2-1.
CS Case-Pilote won the match between it and US Diamantinoise. Diamantinois Grégory Pastel opened the scoring in the 15th minute. Then a series of goals for CS Case-Pilote (Marvin Jérémie in the 39′ and a double from Anthony Zécler in the 44′ and 56′). Final score 3-2 for the Pilotins du Nord.
The same evening, the Emulation of Schœlcher received the Samaritaine of Sainte-Marie. An a priori unbalanced match between a team fighting for maintenance and the other aiming for the title.
From the start of the meeting, the duels were virulent. The two protagonists went blow for blow. Many mistakes and timeouts prevented the development of good football.
The score remained goalless until the end. Emulation, reduced to 10 in the first period, carried out an excellent operation at home and left with the 2 points.
