HIGHLIGHTS
For his debut with Hyundai, Adrien Fourmaux had a very good weekend of preparation just over a month before the next Monte-Carlo rally. Like Kalle Rovanperä, the Frenchman alternated between Hankook and Pirelli tires, while also playing with the type of rubber. The result on arrival is therefore not very representative, but necessarily good and positive for confidence!
Very consistent, the Swiss Jonathan Hirschi finished on the scratch podium and notably ahead of Matthieu Margaillan, author of too many errors this weekend to hope to win in Rally2. The latter even lost an additional place to Mattéo Chatillon, still learning the Yaris Rally2.
For her debut in C3 and in such conditions, Sarah Rumeau ranks 7th overall.
Author of some remarkable performances, such as the 3rd time in this SS10, Victor Cartier finished in the top 10 in scratch.
In the top 15 in the scratch, Julien Brechet takes the FRC3 group and Jean-Noël Mondet the FRallyNat. In FRC4, the fight between Rémy Chenevay and Richard Desbordes lasted until the end, with the former finally winning by thirty seconds.
Finally, in FRC5, the duel between the Rally5s of Julien Charnay and Dylan Bechet was also undecided.
