Dominique Baloup (67 years old) was re-elected this Saturday president of the French Rugby League Federation (FFR XIII) for four years, in the Odeum amphitheater in Carcassonne. In September 2023, Réolais (Gironde) became the 17th president of the governing body, following the resignation of Luc Lacoste. The only candidate for his own succession at the head of the “Perspectives XIII” list, he was re-elected unanimously by the new steering committee, whose 24 members had themselves been elected a few minutes earlier. Jean-Pierre Morata, Frédéric Baldy and Cathy Jaubert will occupy the positions of secretaries, while Alexandra Bouloc becomes the new vice-president of the FFR XIII and Cathy Szajek-Jaubert the treasurer.
