Artificial Intelligence Predicts All Future Stanley Cup Champions Through 2030

More than ever, Artificial Intelligence takes place in our lives and it is here to stay while its functions are only improving.

But can she predict the future based on the data she has? This is what the page Puck Empire tried to find out by making an interesting request: Predict each Stanley Cup final as well as its winner and in how many games, until 2030.

This year, the Vegas Golden Knights and Florida Panthers, who both have a 2-0 lead in their respective series, will hold their own and reach the final according to AI predictions.

Here are all the results.

  • 2023 – THE Vegas Golden Knights beat the Panthers in 6 games
  • 2024 – THE Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Blues in 7 games
  • 2025 – THE Edmonton Oilers beat Rangers in 5 games
  • 2026 – THE Vegas Golden Knights beat the Maple Leafs in 6 games
  • 2027 – THE New York Rangers beat the Canucks in 7 games
  • 2028 – THE Vancouver Canucks beat the Canadiens in 6 games
  • 2029 – THE Montreal Canadiens beat the Kraken in 5 matches
  • 2030 – THE Seattle Kraken beat Rangers in 7 games

As can be seen, according to Artificial Intelligence, the reconstruction of Kent Hughes will bear fruit as the Canadiens make two Stanley Cup Finals in the next six years and win one in 2029 against the Seattle Kraken.

We also note that the Stanley Cup will return to Canada after a long slump of 30 years while 4 of the next 8 champions will be Canadian teams.

Now let’s hope that the Artificial Intelligence is telling the truth!
