Even the 10,914 spectators at Geoffroy-Guichard on June 4, an attendance which had surprised the English opponents themselves – who had just hosted the Blues in Newcastle in front of 42,000 supporters – will not be reached. The Allianz, and its 35,000 seats, should accommodate between 7,000 and 8,000 spectators. A slight improvement compared to the match against Nigeria, three days ago, at the Raymond-Kopa stadium in , which was particularly weak (5,330 spectators) despite the good-natured atmosphere felt.
