In the Belgian training Lotto-Dstnyit’s the opposite. Stephane Heulot leads a team of 7 Belgians on this Tour. And the French manager has chosen to support his adopted country. “I love football. I follow football. I’m always a little divided”he smiled. “But honestly, my heart leans towards Belgium.”
