Euro 2024: The official compositions of France/Belgium revealed with a few surprises

The official line-ups for France/Belgium (6 p.m.) have just been revealed and no PSG player will start this round of 16 of Euro 2024. There are a few surprises on the Belgian side, however.

The France team challenges Belgium this Monday from 6 p.m. in the round of 16 of Euro 2024. And as expected, no PSG player is starting for this crucial match. Didier Deschamps decided to digitally replace Ousmane Dembélé with Antoine Griezmann compared to the match against Poland as well as Bradley Barcola with Marcus Thuram.

Griezmann starts in a flexible system

And while a 4-4-2 diamond was announced by the press, RMC Sport understands that the Blues will instead play in a hybrid 4-3-3 with Antoine Griezmann in the defensive phase who will be responsible for closing down the right side. In the offensive phase, the Atlético Madrid player will have more freedom and could refocus. Marcus Thuram should take the lead and Kylian Mbappé play on the left.
