The Dutch Grand Prix has barely finished and all eyes are already on the German Grand Prix. The 9th round of the season takes place this weekend from July 5-7, 2024.

2024 MotoGP German Grand Prix: Championship Update

Before heading to the Sachsenring for MotoGP this weekend, a point on the championship is needed. In the Netherlands, it’s Francesco Bagnaia who dominated everything. On pole for the Sprint, he won it hands down. Then everything went smoothly during the race.
Part 5th, because of a penalty, he quickly regained the lead of the race. The double world champion signs his fifth victory in eight races and the 23th victory of his career. He is now only 10 points behind Jorge Martin, leader of the championship. The most exciting battle was between Giannantonio, Marquez, Vinales, Bastianini and Acosta. And it was Bastianini who came out on top after the fall of d’Acosta. Concerning the French, Fabio Quartararo finished twelfth, ahead of Johann Zarco.

MotoGP 2024 German Grand Prix: where and how to follow?

Canal+the only official broadcaster of MotoGP in France, is broadcasting the entire German Grand Prix program on Canal+ Sport 360. Sunday, the category races Moto 2, Moto 3 and Moto E will also be broadcast.
