Starting from Piacenza, in the province of Emilia-Romagna, the peloton will ride for more than 230 kilometers in the north of Italy to arrive at full speed in Piedmont and the great city of Turin.

Today’s route should satisfy the appetite of sprinters. Only three fourth category passes are listed on the route. The rest of the road is rather flat, favoring a sprint finish.
