Commemoration of the 67th anniversary of the uprising of the Ait Baâmrane tribes

Speaking on this occasion, the High Commissioner for former resistance fighters and former members of the liberation army, Mustafa El Ktiri stressed that this event, which coincides with the 68th anniversary of the launch of the first operations of the liberation army in the south of the Kingdom, marks a great historic step in the national struggle for freedom, independence and territorial unity.

This is a historic milestone in the process of national struggle for the achievement of national independence and the defense of the sacred values ​​of the Kingdom, he recalled, highlighting the bravery of the Ait Baamrane and their attachment to national constants.

Mr. El Ktiri recalled the lessons that rising generations must learn from this national epic, which represents an essential milestone in the history of the struggles against colonialism for the recovery of the independence and unity of Morocco.
