Jérémy Avrilleau is responsible for sales at this car dealership from Charente-Maritime: “It allows you to know yourself better. We’re used to being at our workplace and we’re a bit stuck in our heads. It allows you to discover the different facets of your colleagues. »

The four colleagues train together, supervised by Hamid Belhaj, marathon runner and physical trainer. For him, this challenge is also an opportunity for the company: “They are productive employees and there are a lot of savings to be made for the company. A sports employee is an employee who is less absent and more involved in his work. »

All four will therefore be on the starting line of the Marathon this Sunday, a relay race and therefore about ten kilometers each with an imperative for this challenge: one woman in each team. Sophie Le Bihan is marketing manager: « The challenge is to all arrive and have fun together. At the end, we meet up and have a drink, we celebrate the race. »

And even the boss took out his shorts to run with his employees. It’s about setting an example, but also boosting cohesion at work. Loïc Barbier is the president of the Barbier group : « They are in great shape, they must not be too tired because afterwards, they no longer work ! It allows you to have a healthy lifestyle. We don’t go there to run two hours and do 10 km, we have to be motivated all the same. »
