Liverpool’s Egyptian star Mohamed Salah recently revealed the players who have inspired him in his career. Among them, Cristiano Ronaldo, despite his strong link with Manchester United, historic rival of the Reds. Salah also cited Francesco Totti, Zinedine Zidane et Ronaldo Nazario as key figures in his career.
Explaining his choice of Cristiano RonaldoMohamed Salah praised his longevity and his total dedication to football:

Salah also expressed his admiration for Totti, with whom he played at AS Roma for two years:

Since joining Liverpool for £36.9 million in 2017, Mohamed Salah has scored 221 goals and provided 99 assists in 366 matches. He established himself as a Reds legend. However, with his contract at Anfield expiring at the end of the season, Salah will be free from January to negotiate with other clubs. A situation which could open a new chapter in his exceptional career.
