L’Valencia Olympic plays a place in the 64th final of the Coupe de France Football (8th round) this Sunday, November 17. The Valentinois host AC Arles in the 7th round, a club which also plays in Regional 1. Kick-off was given shortly after 2 p.m. at the Georges-Pompidou stadium.
1-0 for Valencia Olympic
The second half started at the Pompidou stadium. The Valentinois lead 1-0 after opening the score in the 27th minute of play of number 10 Rafik Boujedra. This is the result of a rather dominated first half despite several scares and poorly adjusted back passes.
In the 60th minute of play, the OV striker Amir Bouzazi is not far from doubling the score. He tries to volley a cross but his shot is off target. The score is still 1-0.
Already two yellows for the yellows
Déjà two yellow cards on the AC-Arles side. In the 19th minute, El Hadji Niang received a yellow card after a foul on a very inspired Amir Bouzazi at the edge of the area. A few minutes later, another AC Arles player was also booked.
