Gil Avérous, the Minister of Sports, announced this Friday that the State will finance to the tune of 4.4 million euros the Swimming City project in , where the Dauphins du TOEC club of quadruple Olympic champion Léon will play. Marchand (200m medley, 400m medley, 200m butterfly and 200m breaststroke).
