Many children and parents responded to the call. At the start of the school year, a children’s section will be created.
The handball club organized, on Wednesday June 19, a first handball discovery session for children aged 6 to 9.
Many children and their parents responded to the call and were able to try out, during training, the different techniques of this sport: throwing and catching the ball, dribbling, shooting, scoring… all while having fun ! A first complete session which ended with small matches where the children were able to understand how to occupy the field and play as a team.
It was with a radiant smile and stars in their eyes that the children left the session, already ready to come back next week.
A second handball discovery session is planned Wednesday June 26, at 5 p.m. intersport hall. It is free and open to all children aged 6 to 9 who want to try handball.
At the start of the school year, a children’s section will be created at the club with training scheduled for Wednesdays at the same times (5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). All interested players are welcome.
Please note, the club is also recruiting players for its adult leisure team, a mixed team. It is open to everyone aged 16 and over, beginners welcome.
