To shake up a team in need of an electric shock, the leaders of made a daring bet with the imminent arrival of the bubbling Argentinian coach Jorge Sampaoli.

The former Argentinian coach should arrive with his physical trainer Pablo Fernandeza well-known character on the Allianz Riviera side.

A punch to a supporter

The sulphurous assistant to the former OM coach sadly stood out on the evening of the Nice- derby during the 2021-2022 season after the invasion of the pitch which followed the throwing of a plastic bottle at Dimitri Payet.

During these clashes, Pablo Fernandez violently punched an OGC supporter Nice. A gesture which had earned him a suspension from the field until the end of the season.

Also fired by Flamengo after attacking a player

Loyal to Jorge Sampaoli, Pablo Fernandez then followed the Argentine coach to Flamengo in Brazil. There, he also distinguished himself by punching the club's selling striker, Pedro, after a match in the locker room.

Pablo Fernandez was subsequently sacked by the club.

He should return to Allianz Riviera on January 5 during the 16th day of Ligue 1.
