National coach Walid Regragui revealed, this Thursday, November 7, his list of players called up for the matches against Gabon and Lesotho for the last two days of the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations (Morocco-2025).
The return of Brahim Diaz and Noussair Mazraoui are the highlights of the national coach’s list. The said Atlas Lions had suffered injuries and recovered.
Furthermore, other key executives including Nayef Aguerd, Yassine Bounou, Munir Mohamedi and others Achraf Hakimi are summoned, while Hakim Ziyech is largely absent.
We will also highlight the recall of Adam Aznou (18 years old) having earned his reputation with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. Some people think they deserve playing time.
There remains, however, the central axis which poses a serious problem for the Lion of the Atlas. Walid Regragui thus opted for the return of Adam Masina, excluded from the latest lists.
As a reminder, the Atlas Lions will face Gabon (November 15 in Franceville) and Lesotho (November 18 in Oujda), as part of the 5th and 6th days of the Morocco-2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
