We imagined a story of bruised ego – obviously, television… – or the sign that Blue Sport has now become more attractive than RTS for those who dream of commenting on football matches. There were also these people, colleagues or from the football world, who asked us: “But why is she leaving?” The easiest thing was to ask him the question. Besides, everything is simple with Elodie Crausaz: the meeting, in a café near Beaulieu, in Lausanne, where she likes to come to work; at first glance, smile, green eyes, no fuss; the explanations.

“It’s really a lifestyle choice,” she summarizes, as spontaneous in the city as on the screen. I wanted to get closer to my family. I love my work and my colleagues but sport at RTS means three weekends of work per month. My boyfriend, who comes from Mâcon, doesn’t know many people in Lausanne, he is often alone with Charlie, our two-year-old daughter. We also wanted to move, to return to the countryside. We were thinking about all this when I received this offer from Blue Sport, which is based in Granges-Paccot. I am happy to be able to move closer to home without having to change jobs.”
