Details surrounding his visit to the capital will be revealed during a press briefing attended by the mayor of Quebec, Bruno Marchand, and the leaders of the Peformance Group, at the Videotron Center.
An international megastar
In addition to shining for his native Brazil, Ronaldinho has worn the colors of Paris Saint-Germain, FC Barcelona and AC Milan in Europe, a continent on which he won two Spanish championships, two super cups and the League champions in 2006. He also won the World Cup in 2002.
Known for his creativity and spectacular dribbling, the winger and attacking midfielder won the FIFA Best Footballer of the Year award on two occasions (2004 and 2005) and the prestigious 2005 Ballon d’Or. World magazine Soccer crowned him Player of the Decade in 2009.
