Nigerian defender, Semi Ajayi, will be out for four months with a hamstring injury.
West Bromwich Albion manager Carlos Corberán has revealed that the centre-back was injured during the second half of their Championship match against Lutton Town on Friday. “Semi, unfortunately, suffered a more serious injury. It was an action that was an accident. In this action he broke the muscle into two parts”we read on the official WBA website.
“The best way to manage this injury is with surgery, as it reduces the risk of experiencing this type of injury again. There are injuries that affect the tendon in specific areas where surgery is required.”explains coach Corberán.
