Toyota wins the 8 Hours of Bahrain and the manufacturers’ title, Estre, Lotterer and Vanthoor champion drivers for Porsche

Note that Alpine, which finished fourth among the manufacturers, placed its two cars in the top 10, the No. 36 (Milesi, Schumacher, Vaxivière) taking 10th place, 1’06 behind the winners. The second Peugeot, the No. 94 (Di Resta, Duval, Vandoorne) had to retire after 179 laps, stopping abruptly on the track after a mechanical problem. In LMGT3, Manthey Racing (Porsche) won the title while the No. 55 Vista AF Corse Ferrari 296 GT3 (Rovera, Hériau, Mann) won in this last event.
