What you need to know
- RC Lens suffered a big setback last Saturday during the Northern derby against LOSC in Bollaert. A 2-0 setback which ended its invincibility in Ligue 1 just before going to the Parc des Princes, to challenge the leader that is Paris Saint-Germain.
- The Sang et Or still have many injured and absentees, including attackers Wesley Saïd and Martin Satriano. Especially since the Artesian club is in great difficulty on the attacking side: with only 9 goals scored in as many Ligue 1 days, it is the 4e worst offensive weapon in the championship ahead of the bottom three teams in the table (Saint-Étienne, Le Havre and Montpellier). Will Still also invites his team to “ put more rage ».
- Despite uncertainties over the state of health of Andy Diouf (gauge on the foot) and Przemyslaw Frankowski (injury to the instep), Will Still decided to start the first and have the second on the bench. Jhoanner Chavez is aligned right piston against PSG, while the attack will be the usual trio: Zaroury, Sotoca and Nzola, very little in sight against LOSC.
