Pierre Sage: We retain the final feeling of frustration. I think we deserved to win, but once again, we didn't do everything we needed to. At the end, we even suffered a big situation which could have led us to even greater frustration without a save from Lucas Perri. I think we are frustrated at the sight of the match delivered, but we are also not far from disillusionment.
What was missing to win?
I think it was difficult to manipulate them to disorganize them and free up spaces. Their 5-4-1 was very difficult to get around and penetrate. We really had trouble getting them off balance. They were compact and at the same time wide. We had possession on their block, but we had difficulty playing behind them. From the moment we scored, there were spaces that became free and we were more in the initiative and in attacking from deep, which affects the last line. But it was insufficient because we create fewer chances than possession might suggest. So, we were not effective enough in this area, with the imbalance and its preparation.
