This Saturday June 1, 2024, Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) hosts the semi-finals of the Elite 1 women’s rugby championship. The two matches will be played at the Ernest Wallon stadium. But to get your ticket, supporters must go to the venue. Explanations.
It is a major celebration of women’s rugby which is being held this Saturday, June 1, 2024, in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). The pink city was chosen to host the semi-finals of the Elite 1 women’s championship. On the program, two superb posters: Stade Bordelais (title holder) faces the Blagnac club at 2:30 p.m., and from 4:30 p.m., place at Stade Toulousain against ASM Romagnat. Both matches will be played at the Ernest Wallon stadium, and entry tickets will only be sold on site.
For some supporters, the absence of online ticketing to attend these semi-finals is surprising. “Due to the expected high attendance, it is recommended to collect your tickets before the match, at the Stade Toulousain ticket offices.“, warned the Blagnac Rugby club.
“We weren’t allowed to do both. It’s the federation which has an eye on all this, which must control what we sell, if you like. They cannot exercise control over both. So, there will be the good old ticket office“, we are told by the Stade Toulouse association, organizer of these semi-finals.
It is not possible to set up both systems at the same time. The FFR told us that it is either online ticketing or the paper ticket system.

Tickets, valid for both matches, can be collected at the Ernest Wallon stadium, Saturday June 1. But places are already on sale, at the Stade Toulousain ticket office, since Wednesday May 29, 2024.
“For the quarter-finals, we had 3,000 people at home, and between 1,500 and 2,000 in Blagnac.“, the Stade Toulouse rugby association tells us. But the two teams from Bordeaux and Romagnat should also attract a lot of people this Saturday at Ernest Wallon.
But everything is already well established with the supporters of the visiting teams. “The two clubs have already approached us. They have already placed orders with us for their supporters. There are buses coming”, we are told by the organizing club of these semi-finals. The absence of online ticketing does not seem to be a problem. 19,000 places will be available at Ernest Wallon, rue des Troènes. “There will be some for everyone. Don’t hesitate to encourage people to come” to celebrate women’s rugby.
The price of places is 10€ for adults and 6€ for students over 18 years old upon presentation of a valid student card.
