A new fresco

Since last Wednesday, a new work by street-art is taking shape in the city center, rue des Falotiers.

As part of the festival Make Read, the bookstore Bulls et Plein Champ come together and it’s the artist Wen 2 which is in the making.
The mural should be finished during the week.

Chronolignes works

Planning for the future Chronolignes started in the streets. Bus stops are modified or removed during the work.

This Monday, work begins in particular on the crossroads of Quatre-Penteson avenue du Docteur-Jean-Mac and on the avenue Jean-Jaurès.

The Briquetterie gymnasium

Handing over the keys to the new gymnasium of the Brickworks, rue de Montaigu, is planned for this Monday, in the presence of elected officials.

After a fire, the building was rebuilt: the gymnasium must produce more energy than it consumes… It is also equipped with a new system running on solar and geothermal energy.

The project, officially launched in March 2023, was delayed.

A roundabout at La Gèmerie

Other works: that of roundabout near the leisure center of the Gemeriehas Arnage. This roundabout will facilitate access to the site.
The work begins this Monday for a period of 6 months.

“If traffic is maintained during the work on Boulevard Lefaucheux, the RD 323 ramps will be closed alternately depending on the construction phases,” indicates the town hall.
