The 33rd Carach-bike-VTT of Quillan settles its final details

Sunday May 12, on the Saint-Bertrand park site, the Quillanaise Sports Association (ASQ) will organize its 33rd Carach-bike-MTB. This official mountain bike/XGO competition, included in the calendar of the French Cycling Federation, will be classified as a round of the Aude departmental challenge.

It will take place over the day with a first departure from 9 a.m. with no less than 14 categories, ranging from pre-licensed to masters, spread over 8 different departure waves, each with an adapted circuit corresponding to the mountain bike regulations in force.

In the morning from 9 to 11:30 a.m., four departures will be offered and will concern the minimal to master categories (U15 to U 23). Two podiums are planned at 10:30 a.m. for the juniors and 2 p.m. for the other categories.

The afternoon will be devoted to mountain bike schools with four competitions on the program from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., concerning the pre-licensed to junior categories (U7 to U13) and a podium planned around 4:30 p.m.

Refreshments will be offered to participants after each competition, welcome coffee will be offered from 8 a.m. when bibs are handed out and good humor will be essential.

The organizers would like to thank the municipality for its unconditional support and the municipal services for their valuable help.
