The Badens/Rustiques/Aigues-Vives Racing club is widely open to women. Motivated by the success of Jade Fonseca Goncalvès who, having trained at the club, left it to play in the Aude team and in the championship at a higher level, the girls return to the club in principle from the age of 5 at 8 years old. They play first in mixed, then in U14-U15, etc.

In order to have a sufficient workforce, an agreement was made with FC Alaric de Capendu and their training is as follows: Monday in Badens from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Thursday in Capendu from 7 to 8:30 p.m. There are a dozen of them playing eight on half the field in an Aude-Pyrénées-Orientales championship which will begin for them this week in Prades, in the P.-O. They will release a new jersey which will bear the logo of the two clubs. They are very motivated and well prepared by their trainer Jean-Yves Royer and several educators: Mélanie, Camille, Océane and Jokie.

Note that a women’s leisure team is being set up with a few teenagers and several mothers who have their training every Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. It’s not a question of competition, just physical training with a lot of conviviality.
