After more than a year of competition, the 2023-2024 version of the Champions League will finally see its epilogue with the 69th final in history.
Borussia Dortmund was the first team to validate their ticket to the final by eliminating Paris Saint-Germain (1-0, 0-1). The German club will play its third C1 final after its coronation in 1997 against Juventus (3-1) and a defeat in 2013 against Bayern Munich (1-2).
The BvB is now waiting for its opponent who will be either Real Madrid or Bayern. Two teams facing each other this Wednesday, May 8 (2-2 to go)
When will the C1 final take place?
The Champions League final will take place on Saturday June 1. The kickoff for this 69th edition will be at 9 p.m.

Where will the C1 final take place?
This 69th Champions League final will take place at Wembley Stadium in London. The London venue is not its first final since it has hosted 7 finals in the past. In 1963, AC Milan won their first title against Benfica Lisbon (2-1). Six years later, Manchester United entered their name for the first time on the C1 list by also dominating the Lisbon team (4-1 ap).
In 1972, Johan Cruyff and Ajax Amsterdam also won at Wembley against Panathinaikos (2-0) before Liverpool dominated Club Bruges (1-0) in 1978. The stadium of the English capital will also smile on FC Barcelona, winner of the C1 twice in 1992 (against Sampdoria) and in 2011 (against Manchester United). Finally, the last final played at Wembley saw the victory of Bayern Munich against Borussia Dortmund (2-1) in 2013, two teams who could meet again on June 1st.
